How Vouched works, who runs it, and what we stand for

Our Principles

👁 What you see is what's real

Every vouch on this platform is written by a real person who worked directly with the seeker. We verify employer domains. We never fabricate signals, inflate numbers, or show placeholder data as real. If something isn't filled in yet, it shows as empty — not guessed.

🔒 Your data is yours

We are a walled garden. Your profile, vouches, and messages exist only on Vouched. We do not share, sell, or license your personal data to third parties for any purpose. You can request a copy or deletion of all your data at any time.

🆓 Seekers always free

Job seekers never pay to use Vouched or Forward. We fund the platform through employer posting fees. This is a structural commitment, not a marketing promise — the platform is architecturally designed so seekers cannot be charged.

🤝 No ghost employers

Every employer that posts a job must have a verified company domain (or pass a manual review for sole proprietors). We require a reply commitment on all applications. Seekers won't be left wondering.

🛡 AI displaced us too

AI Burn Center was founded by people who understand what it means to have your career disrupted. We are not neutral observers. We built this because we believe workers deserve real tools — not another platform that extracts value from them.

The Instructor Pledge

Locked — every Forward instructor agrees to this

"The content I provide on AI Burn Center is free and will remain free on this platform."

Every Forward instructor signs this before publishing. It is non-negotiable and permanent.

Who Runs This

Rebecca Moltz-Sandhu LLC is the company behind Vouched and Forward. Rebecca Moltz-Sandhu leads product and mission. Incorporated in Arizona, USA.

DataSingh.ai, LLC builds and maintains the technology platform under a Data Processing Agreement with AIBC. DataSingh.ai does not have independent access to user data outside of providing services to AIBC.

Platform Stack

We believe in disclosing what technology powers this platform:

Hosting: US-based cloud platform provider
Database: US-based managed PostgreSQL provider
Authentication: managed identity service
Email: US-based transactional email provider — transactional only, never marketing without consent
AI features: third-party AI models used only for semantic search on anonymized content. No user data is used to train third-party AI models.
Video: YouTube (unlisted embedding) for Forward content — instructor-owned channels

Moderation

We remove content and accounts for:

Fabricated vouches or job postings
Harassment, threats, or discriminatory conduct
Impersonation of other people or companies
Spam or automated abuse

Moderation decisions are made by humans, not automated systems. If you believe content or an account should be reviewed, contact trust@aiburncenter.com.

What We Don't Do

We do not run ads or let advertisers influence what you see
We do not sell your data or contact information to recruiters or third parties
We do not use dark patterns to confuse you about what you're agreeing to
We do not hide rejection — seekers know the status of their applications
We do not let employers post anonymously — every posting is tied to a verified company

How Vouched Signals You're Trustworthy

Real humans. Verified experience. No ghost profiles.

A Vouched profile earns trust through three things: employer domain verification, real colleague testimonials, and skills demonstrated through Forward badges. None of these can be faked — each requires independent confirmation from a person outside your account.
