Data Controller: Rebecca Moltz-Sandhu LLC ("AIBC") is the sole data controller for all personal data collected through the Vouched and Forward platforms.
Data Processor: DataSingh.ai, LLC processes data on behalf of AIBC under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA). DataSingh.ai does not access, use, or share your data for any purpose outside of providing technical services to AIBC.

We do not collect: Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, government IDs, or health information.
We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models without explicit consent.
Your name, role, location, bio, skills, and received vouches are visible on your public Vouched profile if you choose to publish it. Vouch text submitted by colleagues is attributed to them by name and role.
Employers can view your profile and vouches. They can contact you via the platform's messaging system. Your email address is not shared with employers directly.
Each provider is bound by a data processing agreement and may not use your data for their own purposes.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Vouches written about you by colleagues are associated with your account. Upon deletion, vouch text will be anonymized (voucher name and seeker name replaced with identifiers).
To exercise these rights, email privacy@aiburncenter.com. We will respond within 30 days.
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted data transmission (TLS), server-side authentication, row-level security in our database, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We will notify affected users of any data breach as required by applicable law.
Vouched is not available to persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, contact us immediately at privacy@aiburncenter.com.
We will notify registered users by email of any material changes to this policy at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
