By accessing or using Vouched ("the Platform"), a product of Rebecca Moltz-Sandhu LLC ("AIBC", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Vouched is operated by Rebecca Moltz-Sandhu LLC. Technology infrastructure is provided by DataSingh.ai, LLC under a data processing agreement. For data processing matters, see our Privacy Policy.
You must be 18 years of age or older to register for or use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Vouched is available to job seekers, employers, and instructors operating in the United States. International access is available but may be subject to additional restrictions.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Accounts may not be shared or transferred.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in deceptive practices, or post false information.
Seekers are responsible for ensuring that all information on their profile — including work history, skills, and contact details — is accurate and truthful. Posting false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account removal.
By submitting a vouch, the voucher confirms that the content is an honest account of their direct experience working with the seeker. Fabricated vouches, coerced vouches, or self-vouches are prohibited and may result in removal of both accounts.
Employers agree to post only legitimate job opportunities. Job postings must include accurate compensation ranges, job titles, and company information. We reserve the right to remove postings that are deceptive, illegal, or violate platform policies.
Employers who receive seeker applications and contact information must use that data only in connection with the applicable job opportunity.
Vouched is a direct-hire platform. Third-party recruiters, staffing agencies, headhunters, and talent placement firms are explicitly prohibited from registering as employers or posting jobs on the Platform. By creating an employer account, you represent and warrant that you are the direct hiring organization for any roles you post.
Employers found to be misrepresenting their organization type — including staffing firms operating under a client company name — will be immediately deactivated. All fees paid are non-refundable in the event of deactivation due to misrepresentation. AIBC reserves the right to pursue additional remedies available under applicable law.
Instructors who publish content on Forward acknowledge the instructor pledge: "The content I provide on AI Burn Center is free and will remain free on this platform." Instructors may not charge seekers for access to Forward content, introduce advertising or sponsorships, or use Forward as a lead-generation funnel for paid products without prior written consent from AIBC.
Employer posting fees are charged at the time of posting. Refund policies will be specified at checkout. Seekers access all core features free of charge.
Subscription billing is rolling 30-day. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
All Platform content, design, trademarks, and technology remain the property of Rebecca Moltz-Sandhu LLC or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit (profile text, vouch text), but grant AIBC a non-exclusive license to display that content within the Platform.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIBC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, except where prohibited by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
